Sheehy Nissan of Manassas is looking for New to the Industry Sales Consultants to join our family as we continue to grow! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!! If you are a 'people person', that's motivated to succeed, we will TRAIN you to be the BEST Sales Consultant. Individuals have found SUCCESS in automotive sales coming from backgrounds such as Hospitality, Food and Beverage and Retail Sales or who are just out of College or transitioning from Military Service, just to name a few. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!! Excellent training provided. Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!!

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements

• Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license
