Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Rotating day/evening schedule with a combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts. Monday through Friday with various shift options including 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, or 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM. Call as needed (evening, night, and weekend coverage). Weekend shifts as needed based on unit requirements.

• EPIC charting system utilized throughout the organization
• Flexible scheduling options combining 4x10s, 5x8s, or 2x8s + 2x12s based on unit needs

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license (compact license or Ohio state license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) certifications preferred
• EPIC electronic medical record experience required
• Circulating and scrubbing experience strongly preferred
• Competency in surgical specialties including neuro, thoracic, ENT, orthopedic, general, plastics, urology, GU/GYN, and robotics preferred (rated 3-4 proficiency level)
• Oncology surgical experience preferred
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Graduate of ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal leadership role)
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing
