Internship - Audience & Personalization Strategy (Summer 2027)

Universal Destinations & Experiences Internship Program Summer 2027 Program Dates: Approximately May 2027 – August 2027. JOB SUMMARY The Audience & Personalization Strategy Intern will support audience‑first business and marketing strategies through consumer research, audience analysis, and strategic project support. Working across audience intelligence, personalization, AI enablement, and experimentation initiatives, the intern will help uncover insights, organize data and strategic assets, and contribute to projects that strengthen audience engagement and growth. This role offers hands‑on experience with audience strategy, segmentation, consumer insights, data‑driven decision making, experimentation, and AI‑supported personalization, while building skills in research, analytics, storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Supports audience strategy initiatives through research, analysis, and development of audience profiles and insights. Assists with data organization, cleansing, and documentation efforts to improve data quality and support emerging AI‑driven capabilities. Conduct research on priority audiences, consumer trends, and market opportunities to inform strategic decision‑making. Contributes to test‑and‑learn planning by identifying opportunities, developing hypotheses, and helping evaluate results. Partners with cross‑functional teams to gather information, organize assets, and support ongoing audience and personalization projects. Helps translate findings into clear presentations, summaries, and recommendations for stakeholders. Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS In pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above. Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. A transcript is required upon application. PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Preferred majors include: Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Psychology, Data Science, or similar. Experience analyzing customer, survey, or marketing data using Microsoft products and visualization tools. Strong interest in consumer behavior, audience segmentation, personalization, and strategic marketing. Able to translate data‑driven insights into clear business recommendations and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than August 2027. Universal Orlando does not provide housing.
