Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for Nuclear Medicine Technologists!

Job Description:


- Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years; 1st timers are accepted
- Patient Population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics
- Certifications Required: NMTCB and/or ARRT (NM)

Core Responsibilities:


- Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures such as:
- HIDA scans
- Bone scans
- Lymphoscintigraphy
- Gastric Emptying studies
- Brain Death evaluations
- Myocardial Perfusion SPECT
- I-123 scan/uptake
- I-131 Whole body scans and Ablations (<30 mCi)
- Renal scans (with or without Lasix)
- Parathyroid studies

Additional Details:


- Ratios/Census: Not specified
- Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, PACS (Required)
- Scrub Color: Black, Gray, or Purple
- Floating: Potential visits to local facilities for STAT inpatients
- Call Requirements: Possible call as needed
- Mon - Fri: 16:00 - 22:00
- Sat - Sun: 08:00 - 22:00 (1-2 days per week and every fourth weekend)


Holidays:


- Expected to work on major holidays.
- 1-3 major holidays will be determined based on the assignment period.

Compliance Requirements:


- Full compliance is required to start on time.
- Must complete onboarding and clinical screens on a case-by-case basis.

Skills Required:


- Proficient in:
- 3 Phase, Abdominal, Adenosine Infusion, Adult and Pediatric scans
- EKG's (Preferred)
- Starting and maintaining IVs
