- Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
- Drive pharmacy departmental strategic initiatives related to medication purchasing, inventory, cost savings and cost recovery, process and project management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, regulatory and patient safety standards.
- Supports execution on assigned administrative, systems, financial, and operational projects.
- High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Technician program.
- PHAT (Pharmacy Technician) certification from State Board of Pharmacy.
- 3 years with PHAT (Pharmacy Technician Certification). Preferred: 2 years of leadership experience.
