The role involves evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and tracking clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed. Qualifications Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.
