Location – Kansas City , MO (Onsite role) Duration – Long term Contract Interview – Phone and Webex Job Description 3–5+ years of experience in Desktop Support , Field Services, or End User Computing (EUC). Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware. Perform installation, maintenance, and break/fix support for end-user devices. Experience supporting Warehouse or Distribution Center environments. Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (LAN, connectivity, switches, IP issues). Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow for incident and ticket management. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tekgence
