- Oversee backlog readiness and release planning
- Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
- Ensure predictable, on-time delivery
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and regulatory risks
- Provide clear status reporting to senior leadership"

- RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
- Senior leadership updates, cross-functional alignment
- Managing expectations across Tech, Product, Risk, Legal, Ops

- Conflict resolution across strong stakeholder groups
- High ownership mindset ("enterprise first" thinking)"
