Elder Law AttorneySeeking an Elder Law Attorney to provide legal counsel in Medicaid planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, and crisis Medicaid applications.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Trusts & Estates, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.Advise clients on Medicaid eligibility and asset protection strategies.Develop and implement Medicaid pre-planning and crisis planning solutionsOversee Medicaid applications and appeals.Counsel clients regarding long-term care planning, nursing home placement, and community Medicaid programs.Prepare and oversee estate planning documents.Work closely with families navigating urgent healthcare and financial challenges.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.J.D. from an accredited law school.Active admission to the New York State Bar.Experience in Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, or Trusts & Estates.Strong knowledge of Medicaid eligibility rules and crisis planning strategies.Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills.Ability to manage sensitive client matters with professionalism and compassion.A solid 5 years or more experience in Elder Care in NY.
