Quality Technician Lead - On-Floor QC & Training

GERFLOR-USA-INC is seeking a Quality Technician Lead to provide daily leadership to the Quality Technician team and perform comprehensive quality checks across all departments. You will conduct inspections, run laboratory tests, calibrate equipment, and support corrective actions to meet customer specifications. You will train staff on procedures, maintain SOPs, and generate quality reports.
