RecruiterOur client, an Automotive Manufacturing company, is looking for a Recruiter for their Warren, MI/Austin, TX/Hybrid location.Responsibilities:A recruiter will manage full life cycle recruiting for Global Vehicle Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams, specifically Hiring Manager intake calls, posting requisitions and reviewing/screening/vetting candidates and working with TA Coordinators to schedule all interviews, and the Offer Extension/Negotiation.Conduct hiring manager intake calls; post and manage reqs.Review resumes, source talent, and complete candidate phone screens.Own candidate communication and the interview/selection process.Partner with interview coordinators and use available AI-enabled interview tools.Facilitate offer discussions and negotiations.Maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners.Requirements:Approximately 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.Experience independently managing reqs and partnering with hiring managers.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, changing environment.Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Strong organization, communication, initiative, and judgment.Staffing agency and high-volume recruiting experience.Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates without a degree must have at least four additional years of relevant experience beyond the required 3–5 years.Workday experience is strongly preferred; automotive experience is a plus.LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience preferred.This role emphasizes independent, high-volume hiring manager partnership from intake through offer acceptance.The ideal candidate is a curious, motivated self-starter who can independently manage a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting desk.Why Should You Apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
