Rehabilitation Aide - Physical Therapy

Rehabilitation Aide San Pedro, CA – This position is part‑time and will work 8‑hour day shifts. Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro supports a mission of exceptional stroke and rehabilitation care. The Rehab Technician (Tech) works under the direct supervision of licensed therapists. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing and cleaning treatment areas, transporting and positioning patients, procuring inventory and supplies, assisting therapists in the completion of treatment plans, and performing routine clerical support tasks. All tasks are carried out in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. The Rehab Tech demonstrates professional communication and interpersonal skills, including direct, honest, and compassionate behavior. Required Qualification National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an acute hospital setting.
