Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Spokane, WA | Full-Time or Part-Time | $50–$70/hour

Magnolia Behavior Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Spokane team providing home-based ABA services to children with autism and their families.

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA with Magnolia, you’ll provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA treatment for children receiving services in their homes throughout the Spokane area.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Overseeing the implementation and ongoing evaluation of ABA treatment programs

• Monitoring client progress and analyzing data to guide clinical decision-making

• Providing clinical supervision, training, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians

• Providing caregiver training and collaborating with families to help generalize skills beyond therapy sessions

• Making treatment modifications based on client progress, clinical data, and individual needs

• Collaborating with other members of the clinical team to maintain high-quality, consistent care

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Participating in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a BCBA who brings sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with children, families, and team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

• Current Washington State licensure (LBA)

• Ability to successfully complete required background screening

• Reliable transportation for home-based services

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical team

Both experienced BCBAs and newer clinicians who are looking for a supportive environment in which to continue developing their skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $50–$70 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Employment Options: Full-Time or Part-Time

Service Setting: Home-Based ABA Services – Spokane Area

We offer scheduling flexibility while working to meet the needs of the children and families we serve. Preferred availability is approximately 9:30 AM–6:30 PM .
