Location & Position In-Office | Scarborough, ME, United States LOCAL ONLY Pine Point is looking for an overnight (6:45 p.m.- 7:15 a.m.) LPN/RN 12 hr shift rotating weekends Job Details Date: 06/15/26 Shift: PA Start: 6:45 PM End: 7:15 AM Class: LPN Area: Pine Point Ctr Order Reason: New Opening Contract Weeks: 7 (36) Responsibilities Provide patient care under supervision, ensuring safety and comfort for residents. Assist with medications and routine treatments per physician orders and policies. Monitor patient status and escalate concerns to supervising nurse promptly. Ensure strict adherence to safety, infection control, and quality standards. Document care plans, progress notes, and vitals in electronic health records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered goals. Maintain high productivity with measurable results and meet performance targets. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while respecting privacy and dignity. Support continuous learning through training, certifications, and on-the-job development. Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and routine transportation within facility. Maintain equipment readiness and report malfunctions promptly. Experience & Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in the applicable state. Experience delivering direct patient care in long-term or facility settings. Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate documentation. Ability to follow physician orders, administer medications, and monitor treatments. Strong infection control, safety, and patient privacy practices. Excellent communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Commitment to high productivity, meeting performance targets, and measurable outcomes. Compassionate, patient-centered care with respectful handling of dignity and privacy.
