Job Title Lead Microsoft Architect & Administrator Location-Remote

Job Summary We are looking for a Lead Microsoft Architect & Administrator to design, implement, manage, and optimize Microsoft technology platforms across the organization. The role will provide technical leadership for Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows Server, security, identity, and enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Microsoft infrastructure and cloud architecture.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
• Lead Microsoft cloud migration, modernization, and integration initiatives.
• Manage identity, access, authentication, and security policies.
• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security.
• Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, security, and Microsoft platform issues.
• Establish technical standards, documentation, and operational best practices.
• Lead technical projects and provide guidance to infrastructure and support teams.
• Work with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and implement Microsoft technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 .
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory / Entra ID , Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration , Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Experience with Azure networking, virtual machines, storage, monitoring, and security.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, identity management, MFA, conditional access, and endpoint security.
• Experience with cloud migration and enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
