What You’ll Do Perform MIG and TIG welding on HVAC and air distribution products Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum Read and interpret blueprints and work orders Ensure weld quality meets company standards Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment What We’re Looking For Welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting MIG required; TIG a plus Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail Aluminum welding experience is a plus Why Nailor?
