Board Certified Primary Care Physician

Seeking Board Certified Primary Care Physician to care for patients in a nursing home setting.

This is a full-time, permanent positionideal for a physician who values autonomy, balance, and long-term stability.

What We Offer

Compensation: $250K$300K+, depending on your workload & preferences
Schedule: Flexible "round and go" model start your day when it works best for you
Call: Weekend call only (1:5) and no night call

What We're Looking For

MD/DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
Active New York medical license
DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Medicare & Medicaid billing numbers
Prior nursing home experience a plus
Physicians seeking a long-term, rewarding relationship with our group
