Escrow Assistant

Nova Title Agency is seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to join their growing team in Wooster, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their career in title and real estate with a company that values precision, service, and long term growth.

What You Will Do

As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the escrow and closing process, including:

• Coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure smooth and timely closings
• Preparing and reviewing closing documents
• Managing title files from opening through post closing
• Will coordinate closing documents with the home office and county offices to ensure timely real estate closings
• Maintaining compliance with all state and regulatory requirements
• Candidate will use our cutting edge Qualia technology platform to assist clients

What We Are Looking For

• Prior experience in title, escrow, real estate, or a related field is required
• Strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Must be available to work full time on site in Wooster, Ohio

Compensation and Benefits

• $17 to $22 per hour depending on experience
• Eligibility for annual performance bonuses
