Our clinic operates as a physician-led, nonprofit healthcare entity, providing a wide range of services including primary care, walk-in care, and specialty care. • Opportunity to engage in outpatient medicine within a reputable and established clinic.

• Access to a dedicated clinic roomer, shared triage, deliveries, and support from an OB Hospitalist group.

The OB Hospitalist will serve as the primary provider during nights and weekends, ensuring excellent support and sustainable call coverage.

• Onsite laboratory, nearby hospital, ultrasound technician in the clinic, onsite non-stress tests, and new bedside ultrasound equipment.

• A collaborative group of colleagues and supportive staff that allows for autonomy while developing your practice according to your preferences.

• Experienced clinical and non-clinical staff who are familiar with the patients and the community.

• Full-time role with dedicated administrative time and flexible scheduling to ensure adequate patient access.

• Fully integrated system utilizing EPIC EMR across clinics and hospitals to enhance care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform procedures such as colposcopies, IUD insertions, and biopsies.

• Collaborate as a team member to enhance the health of the communities we serve.

• Evaluate, interpret, and coordinate information to make informed decisions regarding patient care.

• Maintain a patient-focused, friendly demeanor and work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Exhibit excellent communication (both written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

• Ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa.

• Current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to the physician's specialty.

• Eligibility to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt).

We Offer

• An initial 2-year salary guarantee ranging from approximately $310,000 to $465,000, with the potential to exceed this amount through an innovative compensation program.

  • Specific offers will be based on various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and organizational needs. Typically, employees do not start at the top of the range, as compensation is contingent on individual qualifications. The pay range does not encompass additional incentives, which may include bonuses or differential pay, or other applicable compensation or benefits.
