Sales Support Administrator

Fantasee Integration is seeking a versatile, detail-driven Sales Support Administrator to assist with keeping office operations running smoothly. This role will support our sales, estimating, marketing, and accounting functions by answering incoming calls, assisting with processing boxed good orders, preparing small quotes, assist with some accounting functions, and overall day-to-day administrative work. The ideal candidate will be someone who likes variety, enjoys working with customers and vendors, and takes satisfaction in bringing order to the details. Requirements Role & Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and serve as a professional first point of contact Process small boxed-goods orders and support other inside sales and customer service needs Prepare quotes for small jobs and professional services as needed Assist sales team with pricing requests and other customer service needs while traveling Assist the estimating team with bid prep and quoting including scheduling meetings, organizing paperwork, and assisting with gathering pricing as needed Coordinate marketing activities and support FI’s company events, training classes, and trade show presence Provide accounting support including purchase order matching, assist with maintaining compliance paperwork, managing customer and vendor data, and some small-dollar value collection calls Preferred Experience: Prior inside sales, customer service, or administrative experience (contracting, construction, distribution, or technical-products background a plus) Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning quoting, CRM, and order systems Familiarity with the lighting, rigging, control, or AV industry is a bonus Strong written and verbal communication skills A “roll up your sleeves” attitude Expected Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 About the Company Fantasee Integration is a leading provider of lighting, A/V, and rigging systems, with a focus on system design, system integration, installation, and service & repair for permanent installations in the Architainment and theater industries.
