Job Description JOB DETAILS Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Shift: 4:00 pm - 2:30 am- Monday - Thursday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for executing various production tasks while maintaining high quality standards and contributing to our manufacturing operations. Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines Perform assembly and fabrication tasks using various hand tools and power equipment Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the production process Follow production schedules and work orders to meet daily targets Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols Support material handling operations including loading, unloading, and proper storage Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow Monitor product quality and report any defects or irregularities Assist in basic equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures Document production data and maintain accurate records Participate in cross-training initiatives to support various workstations Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass background check and drug screening Ability to lift up to 50pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power equipment Ability to read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic instructions Basic math skills, including ability to work with fractions and decimals Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Manufacturing experience preferred Experience with tape measure reading preferred Demonstrated reliability and punctuality Basic problem-solving abilities Commitment to workplace safety protocols Additional Information Site Address: 1601 Rogers Rd Adel, GA 31620 Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?
