Trio Health Partners seeks a Weekend In-House Nurse Practitioner to support the primary internal medicine provider in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and providers while contributing to clinical leadership.
Active IL NP license required; M.S. in Nursing; geriatric or adult care in SNF/long-term care preferred. Flexible weekend hours with no night shifts and malpractice insurance provided.
