Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect patient care to a diverse population of patients, including long‑term care, rehabilitation, and post‑acute care patients Supervise and manage a team of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans to ensure comprehensive and individualized care for patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review process to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, staff performance, and inventory management Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Requirements: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year of experience in a unit management role Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Excellent patient assessment, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends About Us: At Vivo Healthcare Harbourwood, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and a positive work environment for our employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
