Warranty Coordinator (Temporary)
Location: Vista, CA
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 2-3 Month Assignment
Hybrid Schedule: Work from home one day per month, typically the second Tuesday of each month. Based on business needs.
Status: Temporary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Coordinator to support a product recall and warranty project. This role is responsible for reviewing customer and dealer inquiries, processing orders, updating records, verifying documentation, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working with multiple systems while managing a high volume of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer and dealer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
- Review and process warranty claims, service requests, and replacement orders.
- Verify customer information, product details, serial numbers, and supporting documentation.
- Enter and maintain accurate records within company databases and tracking systems.
- Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding cases.
- Assist with reimbursement requests and documentation review.
- Communicate with internal departments to coordinate warranty-related activities.
- Maintain detailed case notes and ensure all records are up to date.
- Escalate issues requiring additional review or management support.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, order entry, warranty processing, or a related field.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and database systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Primarily office-based environment.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Competitive pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
