Project Manager

Payrate: $88.00- $92.00/hr.


Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in program management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex technology projects with aggressive schedules in different time zones.


Responsibilities:

• Work with global teams and Product and Engineering Teams to deliver strategic programs.
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Create program plans, manage schedules, and own end-to-end program delivery with a focus on high quality and on time delivery.
• Meticulously plan and conduct workshops with large groups of audience
• Define program deliverables and drive accountability through tracking and follow up on action items to closure.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Produce program reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate program risks early, promoting a smoother path to success and reducing potential disruptions.
• Conduct scrum of scrums and steering committee meetings to bring alignment.
• Provide uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication, transparency regarding program status, resource requirements, priorities, risks, and issues.

Required Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10-12 years in project/program management role managing software development projects.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, managing software build through different stages and environments all the way from ideation to release.
• Working experience with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in Agile software lifecycle methodology with hands on experience in JIRA Platform, GitHub and Confluence.
• Experience in managing AdTech-related programs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, and/or Smart TV space a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in shipping consumer and/or enterprise solutions.
• Experience simultaneously working on multiple programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience communicating effectively across organizational structures and multiple management levels.
• PMP certification a plus.

Education and Years of Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10-12 years in project/program management role managing software development projects
• PMP certification a plus

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $88.00- $92.00/hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
