The Server delivers fast, friendly, and high-energy service in a lively sports bar environment, creating an unforgettable guest experience from kickoff to last call. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with energy and personality in a fast-paced atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system Deliver food and drinks quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy Maintain strong menu knowledge, including food, drinks, and specials Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle concerns professionally Process payments accurately and efficiently Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean and organized Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and support team to keep service moving Complete side work and closing duties as assigned Qualifications Previous serving or sports bar experience preferred but not required High-energy, outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak volume Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service Schedule & Availability Flexible availability including nights, weekends Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods Ability to lift and carry trays, plates, and beverages (up to 25 lbs) Comfortable working in a loud, energetic, and fast-moving environment Hourly wage plus tips Advancement opportunities in a growing concept We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity on our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
