Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Senior Data Analyst Responsibilities Conversion & Funnel Analysis : Analyze the end-to-end customer journey, identifying key conversion drivers, drop-offs, and friction points across web, mobile, and internal systems. Deep‑Dive Analytics : Perform deep‑dive analyses on funnel performance, cohorts, and customer segments to uncover actionable opportunities. Product Experiment Collaboration : Partner with product teams to evaluate experiments and feature performance, ensuring sound interpretation of test results. Strategic Product Insights : Translate complex, cross‑platform data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve conversion and customer experience. Define & Refine KPIs : Define and refine KPI metrics that measure funnel performance and product impact. Data & Analytical Execution : Work with large datasets across Snowflake, HEAP analytics, Amperity CDP, and internal systems; write and optimize complex SQL queries. Cross‑Functional Partnership : Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams; communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Measurement Frameworks : Help establish shared definitions and measurement frameworks for conversion and performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics). 5+ years of experience in product or data analytics. Strong experience analyzing conversion funnels and customer behavior. Advanced SQL skills; experience in data warehouse environments such as Snowflake. Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., HEAP) and customer data platforms (e.g., Amperity) or similar systems. Solid understanding of A/B testing principles and interpreting experimental results. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and deliver insights that drive business impact. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through data. Preferred Experience Experience working with cross‑platform data (web, app, CRM, and operational systems). Familiarity with customer lifecycle analytics and funnel optimization. Exposure to data modeling, pipelines, or ETL processes.
