TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Bradenton, Florida. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours per day Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the setting, following guidelines within settings for the facility. Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plan of care. Understand adaptive equipment. Evaluate and create a plan of care. Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition. Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged). Must have BLS and state‑specific licensing. May be required to have BLS, ABPTS, 2 years of additional certifications before beginning an assignment. Must have physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
