Responsible for all operations of a T‑Mobile retail store, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, asset protection, and team leadership. Acts as the primary contact for store employees. Responsibilities Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers, providing feedback for development, training, and coaching. Assist with customer‑related issues to positively impact the customer experience within the brand. Own store success, managing staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other functions. Support operational excellence by monitoring sales, inventory, and implementing new store programs. Maintain a neat, clean, organized store environment. Hire employees passionate about customer relationships and the brand. Support team through development, training, mentoring, and behavior coaching. Lead by example, staying current on products, services, training, and leadership best practices. Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment. Drive productivity and operational efficiencies to protect store assets and meet financial KPIs. Implement personalized performance management and recognition. Ensure employees meet or exceed monthly success measurements. Meet or exceed sales goals for the store.
