Packaging Machine Operator

$19-$22/hour | 4-Day Work Week | Medical Device Manufacturing | Excellent Benefits

Join a growing medical device manufacturer where you'll operate and maintain automated packaging equipment in a clean, air-conditioned facility. • Operate automated packaging machines to meet production and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Use computer systems to monitor production and document activities.
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures.
• Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure safe operations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams.
• Safely handle reels weighing up to 65 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating manufacturing, packaging, or production equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with basic equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with GMP environments preferred.
• Comfortable using computer-based systems.
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 65 lbs.

• Competitive pay: $19-$22/hour
• 4-day work week: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
