Registration Coordinator - Financial Services (Supervision Support)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Registration Coordinator to support licensing and registration processes for financial professionals. This individual will play a key role in managing regulatory filings, maintaining accurate records, and providing high-quality customer service to advisors.

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage state registrations, FINRA exam requests, name changes, and contact updates for representatives
• Track and follow up on outstanding registration items and required documentation
• Navigate regulatory systems such as FINRA, RegEd, and other online platforms
• Review and analyze application responses to determine next steps, including escalation when necessary
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all registration activities
• Assist with insurance, advisory, and securities licensing processes for advisors
• Provide customer support via phone and written communication
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, generating correspondence, and processing applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or a related industry (preferred)
• College degree preferred
• Knowledge or exposure to FINRA processes and licensing requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, including knowing when to escalate issues
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
