As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors, report security-related concerns, and use teamwork and integrity to deliver reliable service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and notable observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
