- Leadership remote position with minimal travel in Florida
- Collaborate with Market President on operations, metrics, and operations
- Drive relationships with health plans and network providers
- Supervise and mentor advanced practitioners in the field
- Competitive base salary with structured bonus; comprehensive benefit program
- Florida
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- M.D. or D.O., required
- Geriatrics fellowship or advanced degrees (MPH, MBA, JD), preferred
- Active Florida license upon start date
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience
- Documented leadership experience with oversight and mentoring providers
- Strong value-based care background
