Due to growth, we are seeking a Supervisor for our Strategic Business Solutions Group to be based in our Andover, Boston, or Providence office on a flexible hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned client engagements, building strong working relationships and supporting overall client satisfaction
• Prepare and review compilation and review engagements across a variety of industries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Coordinate engagement schedules and track progress against budgets and deadlines, escalating issues as needed
• Support clients with business and individual tax planning needs, including preparation and review of tax returns, projections, and related advisory deliverables
• Assist with client billings and support discussions related to fees, budgets, and engagement scope
• Supervise, delegate, and review work performed by associates and seniors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Coach and mentor staff by providing ongoing feedback and supporting professional development
• Collaborate with Managers, Senior Managers, Partners, and cross-functional teams to support client service delivery
• Contribute to special projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
• Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field preferred
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or a related field, including experience reviewing work and mentoring staff
• CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
• Experience supporting multiple client engagements and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proficiency in CCH Axcess Tax and Engagement, Microsoft Excel and Word, and QuickBooks
• Experience with BNA Tax and/or ProSystem fx Fixed Assets preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Ability to supervise staff, delegate work, and review deliverables for accuracy and completeness

This is a full-time position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours, including some evenings and weekends, will be required during peak busy seasons.

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range do not include benefits and bonus potential, and are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00
