Remote Litigation Defense Attorney Qualifications
- Must be local to Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco in Southern California.
- 5+ years litigation experience including defending auto manufacturers
- Proven experience with motion practice, deposition, mediation, and trial/arbitration preparation.
- Active membership in the California State Bar; strong academic background required.
