Working alongside the Location Manager, you'll lead by example, coach team members, and ensure every guest receives first‑class service from arrival to departure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, developing others, and creating memorable experiences while embracing the energy and lifestyle of a mountain resort community. What You’ll Do Lead the Team Supervise, mentor, and support valet team members Help create a positive and engaging team culture Train new employees and reinforce service standards Ensure policies, procedures, and safety practices are followed Support management in improving operational efficiency Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude Provide memorable service that reflects the property's hospitality standards Assist with guest questions, directions, and local recommendations Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Build positive relationships with guests, clients, and coworkers Support Daily Operations Manage daily reports, revenue, and operational paperwork Process payments and credit card transactions Maintain parking and customer account information Assist with incident reporting and operational communication Serve as a key point of contact between staff, clients, and management Who Thrives in This Role? Qualifications Required Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience High school diploma or GED Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and special events Preferred Previous valet, hospitality, hotel, resort, restaurant, or guest‑service experience Leadership or supervisory experience Basic computer skills Physical Requirements This is an active outdoor position requiring the ability to: Stand, walk, and run for extended periods Lift, bend, stoop, and move frequently during shifts Work outdoors in changing mountain weather conditions, including snow, rain, wind, heat, and cold temperatures The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
