Position Overview PHP is seeking a dedicated and community-focused Rheumatologist to join our growing multispecialty network. This full-time outpatient position will be based in the Buffalo Southtowns. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to clinical excellence, collaborative care, and advancing population health in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care to adult patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Oversee and supervise the on-site infusion suite, including patient safety, treatment protocols, and collaboration with infusion nursing staff.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty colleagues to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
• Provide education and support to patients and families managing chronic conditions.
• Contribute to community health initiatives and support access to specialty care across underserved populations.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to community-based care.
• Prior experience supervising infusion services is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range - $250,000 - $300,000 (commensurate with experience)
