AP/AR Specialist Key Responsibilities * The AP/AR Specialist will process accounts payable transactions, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and vendor payments. * Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and customer account maintenance. * The AP/AR Specialist will reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and related general ledger accounts. * Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing. * The AP/AR Specialist will assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Preferred Qualifications for the AP/AR Specialist Role * 2+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience. * Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. * Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
