Looking for a flexible job that fits around your class schedule?
Whether you’re studying nursing, pre-med, psychology, social work — or just looking for a rewarding part-time job — this position offers hands-on experience, flexible hours, and the chance to truly make a difference in someone’s life.
At Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors , you’ll provide non-medical home care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. This is a meaningful role where your compassion, reliability, and positive attitude matter just as much as your skills.

What You’ll Be DoingSupporting a Safe & Comfortable Home
Help maintain a clean, safe living environment
Report any safety concerns
Helping with Daily Living Tasks
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Support with mobility, transfers, and light exercise
Provide medication reminders
Light Household Support
Meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping
Grocery shopping and errands
Transportation to appointments or community activities (as needed)
Companionship & Connection
Engage in conversation and social interaction
Provide emotional encouragement
Read, play games, or participate in hobbies together
You’re not just helping with tasks — you’re helping someone maintain independence and dignity.
What We’re Looking For
At least 18 years old
Able to lift 25 lbs
Reliable, compassionate, and responsible
Able to complete required home care training before working independently
Physically and mentally able to meet job demands
