W2 About the Role We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented AI Learning & Simulation Developer to build, refine, and optimize interactive, AI-driven coaching simulations. In this role, you will bridge instructional design, AI conversational design, and backend logic to create realistic, scenario-based learning experiences for field representatives and teams. Top Required Skills Artificial Intelligence & Conversational AI Design Backend Development & Behavioral Logic English (Native/Fluent Written & Verbal Communication) Key Responsibilities Design AI Coaching Simulations: Build interactive, scenario-based simulations that replicate real field interactions, coaching conversations, and critical decision-making moments. Develop AI Personalities & Coaching Logic: Define AI coaching styles, feedback patterns, tone, and behavioral responses aligned with brand standards and field expectations. Partner with Training & Field Leadership: Collaborate with training managers, product experts, and field leaders to identify skill gaps, performance needs, and high-impact coaching opportunities. Create Conversation Flows & Decision Trees: Draft structured dialogue, branching logic, and adaptive feedback paths that allow the AI coach to respond intelligently to user input. Integrate Product Knowledge & Sales Skills: Ensure simulations accurately reflect current products, features, competitive positioning, and customer experience best practices. Test, Refine & Optimize AI Behavior: Continuously evaluate simulation performance, user feedback, and coaching accuracy to enhance realism and learning efficacy. Manage Content Updates & Versioning: Maintain a structured roadmap to update simulations as products evolve, new training priorities arise, or field performance trends shift. Ensure Brand Alignment & Quality: Uphold a consistent voice, rigorous coaching standards, and high training quality across all AI-driven experiences. Required Qualifications & Experience Experience: Background in Learning & Development (L&D), instructional design, training program creation, or backend simulation development. Industry Acumen: Strong understanding of field sales, retail operations, or customer experience (CX). Writing & Communication: Exceptional written English skills with the ability to write clear, natural, and engaging dialogue and feedback logic. Technical & AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI conversational tools, simulation platforms, decision tree structuring, and backend development workflows. Cross-Functional Capabilities: Comfortable collaborating seamlessly across product, training, engineering, and field leadership teams. Mindset: Creative problem-solver with a genuine passion for building modern, tech-forward learning experiences. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience designing AI chatbots, virtual coaches, or simulation-based learning modules. Background in consumer electronics, retail training, or technical product education. Strong grasp of behavioral modeling, decision trees, or conversational UX principles. Proven ability to translate complex product features and technical specifications into simple, coachable concepts.
