This role partners closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to support staff development, regulatory readiness, clinical quality, and exceptional resident care.The ideal candidate is confident, approachable, organized, and motivated to help lead positive change within a growing and evolving clinical environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support day-to-day clinical operations for the assigned unitSupervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff through coaching and accountabilitySupport clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiativesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated resident careMonitor documentation, treatments, physician orders, and resident care plans for accuracy and complianceConduct resident rounds and assist in identifying opportunities for improvementPromote a positive team culture focused on communication, consistency, and compassionate careServe as a professional liaison between residents, families, nursing staff, and leadershipQualifications:Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employmentMinimum of two (2) years of nursing experiencePrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferredLong-term care or skilled nursing experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to motivate teams and support operational improvement initiativesPassion for resident-centered care and team developmentBe Part of the Rebuild.
