Salem, OR
Are you a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA seeking new opportunities within a Home Health setting? We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA to work full time with the adult and geriatric population within Salem, OR and surrounding areas.
What we Offer for the Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA :
- Competitive Pay : $35/ hr - $38/hr and goes up depending on experience
- Monthly Bonus equals to $3.00 extra an hour
- Sign on Bonuses: $5k

- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Service Area: Salem, OR and surrounding area
What the Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA will be doing:
- Provide services to the adult and geriatric population
- Utilize OASIS, point of care documentation
- Work under the supervision of Licensed PT’s and help supervise CAN’s
- Perform therapy and functional exercises within the comfort of patient’s homes

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA :
- Must PTA Licensure
- 1 year of home health experience preferred at any compacity
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- CPR Certification
- Must be a graduate of an Accredited PTA program
