Seeking a full-time Bilingual Intake Specialist to manage client calls, screen for legal aid eligibility, conduct intakes, and provide information and referrals in a remote capacity, requiring fluency in English and another language. Key responsibilities: Conduct client intakes by phone and respond to online requests for legal assistance Assess client case facts to provide accurate information, referrals, or legal advice under supervision Document client information and prepare case files for supervisory review Required qualifications: Associate's Degree Fluency in English and another language Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in call center or telephone customer service Experience in data entry and/or intake-related tasks
