Strategic Benefits & Leave Administrator
Cedarhurst Senior Living
Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Benefits & Leave Specialist to oversee employee benefit programs and leave administration. You'll act as the main contact for benefits inquiries and manage FMLA and other leave programs while ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in HR or Payroll. A strong customer service background is essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS.
