Full Time Delivery Driver (Non CDL)

Job Description

Knight Delivery Inc., is an independent service provider for FedEx Ground. We are currently hiring full-time delivery drivers. Must be willing to work a rotating schedule that includes every other Saturday. Requirements include a clean driving record , pass a criminal background check , and be at least 21 years of age. While driving experience is encouraged, it is not required, driver training will be provided. Must be able to pass a D.O.T physical exam and drug screen. CDL NOT REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
Execute routes efficiently and with quality customer satisfaction
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
Maintain delivery vehicle, and communicate immediately to Fleet Managers any concerns or issues
Communicate any and all customer complaints or concerns to management as they occur
Proper use of daily electronic gear and equipment (iPads & Zebra scanners)
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Skills

Desired - working experience as a Delivery Driver
Valid professional driver’s license
Ability to operate delivery vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
Excellent customer service & interaction skills
Good driving record
