About The Role BrewDog are on the hunt for a Lead Cook! We at BrewDog have one mission: to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. And now, we’re looking for a Lead Cook to join our team. At BrewDog, we serve up our super popular burger and wings menu. Food quality, consistency and compliance whilst maintaining a busy kitchen is the key to this role. You’ll be in charge of your shifts; the line will be your orchestra & you’ll be the conductor. Every single item that leaves the kitchen will be a musical note & you’ll take pride in it being executed perfectly and on time. You’ll lead a team of passionate team members that need to develop and grow every day. You will be cooking at any station, at any time and get to improve the plates of those around you. About You Minimum age requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to the sale, service, and handling of alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and company policy. Must have 2 years of experience cooking. Must have 1 year lead level experience. Preferred: ServSafe or State Equivalent. The BrewDog Charter It’s all about beer. No compromise.
