Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is pursuing or has recently obtained a CPA license and enjoys solving complex client issues through research, collaboration, and technical expertise. This individual is motivated to grow professionally, build client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare increasingly complex tax returns accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Manage project activities independently to ensure engagements are completed within scope and budget
- Develop an understanding of client operations to identify opportunities and recommend solutions
- Mentor and support junior staff in developing technical and professional skills
- Contribute insights and lessons learned to enhance firm knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Build strong client relationships through responsiveness and effective communication
- Participate in recruiting efforts and help identify prospective talent through professional networks
- Assist with proposal development and business development initiatives
- Conduct tax research and support leadership with technical content and marketing initiatives
