Job Description Are you a skilled mechanic looking to shift gears in your career? Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. (FWS), a subsidiary of JM&A Group and part of the larger JM Family Enterprises Inc., is seeking a Mechanical Claims Specialist to join our expanding customer contact team. In this role, you’ll transition from the physical demands of the shop floor to a comfortable office environment where you will leverage your automotive expertise and in-depth knowledge of vehicle mechanics to assess and process mechanical claims. A strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and the talent to clearly discuss elements of the repair process with both mechanical and non-mechanical individuals. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate information to callers, colleagues, and stakeholders over the phone. Prior success in a customer service role including experience resolving complex requests and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction High school diploma or GED required.
