Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our property management team on a part-time basis. This position will process invoices, manage vendor payments, reconcile accounts, and support accounting operations for a portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of AP or bookkeeping experience
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills
- Property management accounting experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Schedule: 20-30 hours per week
Pay: $22-$30/hour, depending on experience
