We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and commercial Solar construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate project schedules, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead diverse teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and team leadership will drive project success while maintaining safety standards and construction regulations. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to foster collaboration and ensure seamless communication across all phases of construction.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating all activities to meet deadlines.
• Oversee construction budget management by tracking costs, managing change orders, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies across sites.
• Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid or equivalent to prepare accurate cost projections and resource allocations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety practices, and adherence to construction plans.
• Facilitate effective project communication through detailed reports, meetings, and updates with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding of civil 3D or other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project coordination strategies.
• Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance within the construction industry.
• Exceptional leadership skills in managing teams on-site and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes using HeavyBid or comparable tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization under tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of construction safety protocols, environmental policies, and building codes applicable to large-scale projects.
